Dr. Pejman Habibie

 

 


Pejman Habibie is an Assistant Professor at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, where he teaches graduate courses in Curriculum Studies and Studies in Applied Linguistics. He is a founding co-editor of the Journal of English for Research Publication Purposes and the Routledge book series, Routledge Studies in English for Research Publication Purposes. His research interests and scholarly contributions center on the geopolitics, socio-economics, and scientometrics of knowledge construction and dissemination, the role of generative artificial intelligence in scholarly publishing, and academic literacies. His work has been published in esteemed international journals such as The Annual Review of Applied Linguistics (ARAL), The Journal of Second Language Writing (JSLW), and Research Methods in Applied Linguistics (RMAL), among others.
