Dr. Lillian Ardell is a speaker, bilingual ed coach and founder of the educational consulting firm Language Matters, LLC. With over two decades of experience working with Multilingual Learners and the teachers who serve them, Dr. Ardell inspires bilingual, TESOL and content area teachers to improve social and academic outcomes for MLLs in US contexts of education. As founder and lead coach at Language Matters, Lillian partners with K-12 districts, Universities and leading educational organizations to advance their equity and educational linguistic curriculum. While she builds out her keynote speaking career in Bilingual and TESOL Conferences across the country, she stays busy running, parenting, writing a bestseller, and taking classes.
